Soon the answer will be a new electric car from Hybrid Technologies. The company takes an existing vehicle, removes the engine (selling it back to the auto maker or a third party) and replaces it with battery power.While this is a very cool concept, I'm not sure Wal-Mart is the best sales channel given the 35K price tag. Perhaps they meant to say Whole Foods?
