A friend recently told me about a new credit card GE is rolling out. Unlike most programs that only reward the cardholder, this one gives back to the environment. Each time the card is used an investment is made in offsetts that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. According to GE, spending $750/month for one year, offsets the direct emissions a typical American is likely to produce in a year. Friday, November 30, 2007
